Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, you can email us at sales@hardlifegroup.com or call us at +44 (0) 1525 851912. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will be issued a full refund to the original payment method used. If you cancel your order after it is shipped, a refund will be issued after deducting the shipping and handling charges incurred. The shipping and handling charges are included in the Terms and Conditions printed on your invoice.
How can I return my order?
You can initiate a return of your product(s) by writing to us at sales@hardlifegroup.com or giving us a ring at +44 (0) 1525 851912. You will be eligible for a full refund if you initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the product(s). The refund will be initiated to the original payment method once the products are back at our warehouse. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. If the products have been altered, you will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
You can return your order after 14 days of receiving it, if the product(s) have not been used, are defective, or cannot be used. However, according to our return policy, you will eligible for a refund or exchange only if you initiate a return within 30 days of the purchase of the product(s). The return request should be substantiated by an explanation and relevant photographs depicting the condition of the product; the products(s) should be in the original packaging.
What happens if I receive a defective product?
If you receive defective goods, with the fault proven to lie with the manufacturing, Hardlife UK will repair the defective product or provide a replacement of the same value. However, you should initiate a return request within 30 days of purchasing the product. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We will require an invoice or proof of purchase to process all your return requests.
Will I be eligible for a refund if I picked up a product on sale?
Unfortunately, products that are on sale are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange, unless they are defective.
Refunds
Once the returned goods are received at our warehouse, they will be inspected to check if they are intact and unaltered. Depending on the condition of the product received, Hardlife will decide on a partial, full, or no refund. We will send you an email when we receive the product(s) you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once the returned goods are certified to be unaltered on inspection, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 14 working days of receiving the goods.
What happens if I have not received a refund?
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@hardlifegroup.com
Exchange Policy
