Mounted on the end of a digger arm, a hydraulic compactor or compaction plate becomes more versatile, easier and faster to use than both a hand operated compactor or a drum roller. Due to the weight and size of pedestrian compactors and rollers, it's often difficult to get them to some areas. On the end of an excavator they can quickly be manoeuvred towards difficult to reach areas, such as trenches and foundations, as well as being able to be used with ease on slopes. Using a rotary unbalanced weight design, our compactors don't require pressure to activate and can be used to flatten all sorts of materials at any angle required. They can even be used to drive fence posts into the ground.
